Right click on a contact with SIP address doesn't show "Call"

Description

Hi, if I add a Contact "Alice" and fill the field "SIP ID" but no the fields "Phone Numbers", then when clicking with right button on the contac I see "Call" menu dissabled.

I suggest that, if a contact has any "Phone Numbers" and/or "SIP ID" fields filled, then "Call" menu should show all of them. Now the "Call" menu is just available if the contact has "Phone Numbers".
