Description

When dialing a number containing "#" (ex. 301#555) QuteCom and
WengoPhone? will ignore the # and only dial the
other
characters (301555). Thus, a range of services cannot be accessed.
Tested it, and Twinkle is able to dial
correctly this kind of number and access the service.
