382	3rd party libs under engine	h2	vadim	"I there, I am trying to port trunk to FreeBSD, so far I could smooth out most edges, but I get quite a few issues in stuff under engine/qutecom-verona/codecs/* and before I spend lots of time in debugging, I wanted to ask, why the libs are there anyway (and not under 3rdparty), and why e.g. Speex is not used from the system. 
Couldn't cmake just pick up the system libs?
