Добавил аттачь, выходит что с sipnet.ru коннектит без проблем, но вот с локальной АТС не хочет, хотя другие клиенты коннектятся без проблем...

First of all you're using qutecom 2.2 you should try 3.0
Second, one of responses from your server (Packet #11) is really strange: it does not contains WWW-Autenticate header....
It is not formally illegal but do screws our sip stack
