now, when I try to dial them, I get the error message ""User/number not found"".

When I edit the contacts, the SIP ID field only shows the numeric portion of the SIP URI. However, when I go to the Advanced Tab, there is an entry for sip:99999@voip.grason.com.

Additionally, how do I specify that QC is only to dial a SIP number for this contact ?

I assume that the ""number not found"" error is coming from the fact that the mobile and landline fields have no data.
