Description

Hello,
Cutecom.exe was built successfully but everytime I click to run the program I get the following error message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application".
Can you help figure out why I get this message.

I am not using vc2008. Actually I am using vc2005 and please note that I am not spamming but instead I need you help or anybody who can help me with this problem.
