Emoticons not working

Description

On Windows platform emoticons are not working. A question mark is shown in a chat window instead of emoticon icon (see attached).

When emoticon is selected from the drop down list, QuteCom sends the following in MESSAGE body:

The above issue occurs on Windows platform only. Linux version works OK (I haven't tested on Mac).
