QuteCom doesn't stop on Ubuntu 10.04

Description
On Ubuntu 10.04 QuteCom never stops. When user selects "Account" => "Quit", QuteCom hangs for ever with the following output in the console:
(error) 11:45:03 [PhApi?] : osip: /home/chris/qutecom-2.2/wifo/eXosip/src/eXosip.c:206: module sfp: _osip_kill_transaction transaction should be released by modules!
How to reproduce:
- Obtain latest source code.
- Compile on Ubuntu 10.04
- Start QuteCom.
- Select "Account" => "Quit"
