Qutecom doesn't appear in menu in limited user account.

Description

I installed Qutecom in an admin account in XP, then switched to the limited account I normally use and could find no way to start it.

Sorry to comment on myself so quickly, but I just remembered trying to install from within the limited account, which didn't create a menu item either.

I thinjk it soemhow related to Windows security plocy settings....
I was unable to quiclky find the reason of this behaviour so if there is somebody who can investigate it
hes'w welcome. For the moment i'm clinsig this issue
